Water Damage Reveals Mold

In order to grow, mold needs moisture and a food source, which is why leaving water damage unmitigated is dangerous. Mold was discovered behind the trim and sheet rock wall in this finished basement in Fair Lawn. Apparently there had been a water issue was not taken care of immediately, and months later we were called in to take care of the resulting problem. We ended up needing to take care of several areas in the basement.
