Fire Affects Exterior of Home

This fire in Bergen County destroyed most of the inside of this very old home home, and also managed to damage the vinyl siding outside the home as well. Often it is not only the flames that do damage in a fire, but the heat it creates and the soot and ash that air drafts carry throughout the home as well. In this case the heat melted the siding outside the wall where the fire started. SERVPRO of Hackensack/Little Ferry was on the scene quickly, and not only did the interior cleanup and restoration, but did the reconstruction outside as well.
